Curtin Robotics Club is teaming up with Red Bull Basement to host a one-day, high-energy hackathon on campus β where bold ideas meet real-world impact.
Open to all Western Australian university students, this hackathon invites participants to form teams of 1β2 people and develop an innovative solution to a global challenge. Throughout the day, teams will work towards creating a startup-style pitch, which will be submitted directly to Red Bull Basement.
If selected, teams will be flown to compete in the national final, with the ultimate prize on the line: a trip to Silicon Valley and $100,000 in funding to further develop their idea.
The hackathon will be structured into three focused streams:
Engineering
Software
Business
Resources will be provided to support teams throughout the day, and lunch will be provided to keep everyone fuelled and focused.
Whether youβre an engineer, coder, innovator, or business thinker, this is your chance to collaborate, build, and take your idea from campus to the global stage
