Come along to CRoC's Arduino workshop Today! 📅 Date: March 11th, 2025 (TODAY) 🕒 Time: 5pm 📍 Location: Engineering Pavilion Building 215 Foyer This workshop is aimed for beginners and will cover the basics of Arduino to get you up and running.  Attendees will be introduced to some core concepts of Arduinos by club members, before being presented with a challenge to apply those concpets themselves. Club members will supervise as attendees attempt this challenge and will provide support so all finish in a timely fashion.  This workshop is free for members, and $5 for non-members. Membership is $5, and gets you free access to all of our workshops.

CRoC is back this year with the beginners Hackathon! This Hackathon is a robotics competition for beginners, hobbiests or those interested in robotics but not sure where to start. Day 1 will teach you everything you need to know to build your very own robot. After this it's up to you and your team of up to 4 to put your skills to the test. Day 2 will be the competition day where you will perfect your bot and present it to a panel of judges from the university and industry. Day 2 will also come with free food! Sign up here to reserve your place at this FREE event. This is to ensure we can cater free food and prepare robotics kits for an accurate number of teams. Ensure to bring your own laptops, chargers, any USB converters (if you have a mac computer) and have the Arduino IDE installed. ------------------ This event is only for university students.
